BIOGRAPHY OF ALPHA AND OMEGA AND THE PROPHECY OF THE DIVINE SCROLLS (1931-1978).

The Divine Messenger Luis Antonio Soto Romero was born in the province of Tocopilla, in the 2nd Region of Antofagasta (Chile) on November 26, 1931. His parents were named Desiderio Soto Carreño and Celinda Romero de Soto; since he was 7 years old, he began to have Universal Telepathic Communication and Dictation with God and the Flying Saucers. He perceived vibrations of electric current in his body, from which creatures originating from Alpha and Omega of the Trino Galaxy emerged. This grew larger as time went by.

He wrote a dictation, where he was given the choice, in virtue of human free will, between two paths: to follow his own free conception or to be at the Orders of God, in Scripture; it was a choice where he decides to stay with what is his, because it is eternal. It is from the age of 12 that they start working, not having known until now part of their experiences.

In 1961, he turned 30 and began to visualize clear ideas or mental images, meaning that along with the Dictation, scenes were projected to him, just like a color movie; among those images, he made contact with a Superior Being whom he identifies by the name of: THE FATHER JEHOVAH, who appeared to him daily to talk about events that human science has not been able to explain until now and principles that could prevent the extinction of the human race. There was no hour, day, or place designated to receive their Revelations.

During his life, he worked as a crew member on a ship, but due to an accident he suffered, he had to leave this work. Later on, he experienced various physical and spiritual trials, beginning the mission entrusted to him by God to spread the New Doctrine.

In February 1970, he arrived in Arica and was invited to a meeting of 14 people, which included: a representative of Freemasonry, of the Rosicrucians, from the intelligence service, a priest, a psychiatrist, a hypnotist, a Spanish professor from the University of the North, etc. They surrounded him in a circle and began to interrogate him and ask him questions.

In this meeting, he spoke about the presence of flying saucers, about the present and future of humanity, the announcement of the triumph of a socialist president, who would later be assassinated and who would witness a revolt in Chile, predicting a cataclysm for Arica and for the South of Peru. He also stated that thousands of years ago, beings from other worlds had arrived on Earth and discussed many other topics related to the Bible.

Later, I worked in the industrial area, in industries such as: The Scrap Recovery Industry, in a Mechanical Workshop, in electricity having served at Electrón Chilena (Component Industry) as a specialized Electronics Technician, and worked for several years at Channel 3 in Antofagasta.

In 1971, I traveled to Santiago to get in touch with the Dalai Lamas, visited the Quimantu Publishing House and the Institute of Spiritual Extension with the aim of introducing Telepathic Writing and leaving the manuscripts for publication.

On September 11, 1973, a coup d’état took place in Chile against the Socialist President Salvador Allende, and due to the persecution carried out by the fascist and sinister forces of Pinochet, Luis Soto Romero was forced to leave Chile. In 1974, he leaves the Chilean flock and enters Peru, and in May of the same year, at the age of 43, he obtains his first journalistic interview in the Correo de Tacna; where he is introduced as: SEER WHO CLAIMS TO SPEAK WITH GOD FOUND IN TACNA, LUIS ANTONIO SOTO ROMERO: TELEPATHIC ORDERS REVEALED TO CORREO; HE CLAIMS TO HAVE WRITTEN 3000 PAGES ON DICTATIONS FROM JEHOVAH, where he explains his experiences and answers some questions.

In June, in the same newspaper, he gets another interview titled: DIVINE REVELATIONS REVEALED IN GREAT UNIT ZELA: LAMB OF GOD; where he makes the Telepathic Scrolls available to the public, presenting them for the first time in the Auditorium Hall of the Great School Unit. Francisco Antonio de Zela will be announcing that he will give numerous lectures in this same venue from 8 in the morning until 7 in the evening.

In August 1975, he arrived in the city of Lima as a tourist, staying until September (for just a week) at the invitation of Editorial Kosmos, where he gave a lecture in a district of Lima; but he had to stay because he decided to publish two books titled: HOW TO BUILD A FLYING SAUCER, DICTATED BY JEHOVAH and THE ORIGIN OF MOLECULES; the originals of which he was writing there. In October of that year, he obtained an interview in the newspaper OJO as: CHILEAN TELEPATH, LUIS SOTO, REVEALS TO SUPPLEMENT: ORIGIN OF FLYING SAUCERS, where he disclosed the content of the messages from the Scrolls, announcing that capitalism has very little time left, beginning its downfall from the year 2000. It also predicts that its writings will spread throughout the world as: THE SCROLLS OF THE LAMB, CELESTIAL SCIENCE, or TELEPATHIC WRITING, as requested by the world of trial (the earth), to understand THE REVELATION OF GOD regarding The Origin of Things, The Final Judgment, etc.

In November 1975, he obtained another interview in the magazine Sucesos titled: STRANGE TELEPATH ASTOUNDS IN LIMA. GUIDED BY JEHOVAH, HE WRITES A THOUSAND WORDS A DAY AND MAKES EXTRAORDINARY DRAWINGS, expressing that the Final Judgment will be nation by nation, man by man, molecule by molecule; eye for eye and tooth for tooth, and that it is closer than we imagine; assuring that his writings reveal what the Final Judgment will be, with which THE THIRD DOCTRINE begins, initiated by God Jehovah in the Peruvian flock. He also claims that THE SCROLLS OF THE LAMB are prophesied in the Bible.

He gives lectures at the Peruvian Institute of Interplanetary Relations: I.P.R.I (where they study UFOs) and at various spiritual institutions, speaking for up to seven hours straight, explaining his Revelations.

In January 1976, the magazine Quien published an interview titled: “ENLIGHTENED ONE WHO SPEAKS WITH GOD IS IN LIMA,” revealing his experiences since the age of 7; explaining his mission and answering some questions; announcing that a Final Judgment of harsh trials will come, starting with a DOCTRINE that will be made known to every last creature. It will be The Era of Weeping and Gnashing of Teeth; it will be called: THE INTELLECTUAL JUDGMENT OF GOD, in which the Origin of all Things will be explained; afterwards, the Judgment of Fire or Solar Judgment will follow.

In February 1977, the newspaper El Comercio published an interview titled: THE OTHER SENT ONE OF JEHOVAH. LUIS SOTO ROMERO, A CHILEAN, WRITES ON ROLLS OF PAPER WHAT HE CLAIMS GOD DICTATES TO HIM, where he reveals his telepathic communications; how he began to hear the voice of Jehovah and the messages he received, announcing that the Divine Final Judgment is much closer than we imagine; he also states that to date, the Divine Father Jehovah has dictated around 4,000 Rolls to him and that daily he dictates one to two Rolls.

In June 1977, the newspaper Ultima Hora published another interview: “UFOs Have Several Bases in Peru, Says Seer,” claiming that UFOs come from other galaxies and have bases on our planet; stating that in Peru they have chosen Chanchamayo, Nazca, Lake Titicaca, and especially the Pacific Ocean. He also assures that UFOs have been on Earth since before humans appeared; they possess a highly advanced science and are made up of Solar Hierarchies, which is why humans have seen UFOs in different forms. He also revealed that 300 scrolls refer to Flying Saucers, which he calls: A NEW UNIVERSAL ALPHABET with characters based on geometry, similar to Chinese characters, and he explained the mission of the Crewmembers of the Flying Saucers.

-Part of his mission entrusted by Jehovah consists of 10,000 scrolls (which measure approximately 1.10 x 0.75 cm), of which by October 1978 he would have written around 4,000 scrolls; of these, 300 scrolls had been sent to the Institute of Spiritual Extension in Santiago, Chile, about 2,000 are located in Tibet, and the rest circulate in different cities in America.
